Also good contenders for your teams right now are Spirit host from level 4 Durham forest and diabolist from level 12 brimstone path. If you don’t pull a really good champion from your first shards then your next champ to level up should be Warmaiden, she is farmable from campaign level 9 deadlands. Like your gonna want 5 sets of gear identical to Kael’s set up for your first clan boss team.
Once you gear out Kael in 4-5 star gear (preferably all 5*) keep farming those campaign levels for the rest of your future team. Farming Minotaur 15 takes some time to get there and it’s way more efficient if you buy the masteries for your first 2 champs with gems. If you have the gems (800) I highly recommend you throw them at Kael and just unlock his masteries. Your next milestone will be level 10 dragon for gear but that won’t be until you have more of a team. It’s better to just farm campaign for food and gear. Rings and neck pieces don’t have a ton of great stats on them and 3 star pieces suck, It’s not even worth it until you can 100% clear level 10 for the 4 star accuracy banners. Remember damage is not important this early in the game, survival is and properly geared Kael will carry your account because he will self heal from all his damage while wearing down the bosses with poison. You want to see speed and accuracy substats on everything if you can find it. So HP% or Def% chest and gloves in life steal set. You want 5 star speed boots first priority, throw all your silver at a pair and get it to level 16.
These are they only sets you need early on. HOWEVER early on why would you waste all the precious chance at good life steal and speed gear while also farming your food? So yeah spend time on both Palace of Aravia and Valdemar strait farming 5 star gear. 12-3 brutal is the most efficient level for campaign farming and leveling food because you can sell the shields for the most silver.
